Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, P.E. (Professional Engineer), 6-10 years experience in designing power, lighting and fire alarm systems for office , schools , institutional and commercial buildings. Auto CAD 2009 or higher. Comcheck and Visio.

Basic Qualifications - 1-5 years experience in designing waste, vent, domestic water and natural gas systems.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, 3-5 years experience in designing building related HVAC systems. Must know how to use Auto CAD 2009 or higher. Knowledge of IMC, Trane Trace, Comcheck, ASHRAE 90.1 and 62 standards.
